Artist / Personal Statement
I am passionate about the meeting place of creativity and faith. I love developing kinesthetic small group experiences to engage all the senses and reengage people with their inner creator. My weekly blog (www.creativesoulkindling.com) allows me a play space for poetry, ponderings and soul art. The pain in my life and that of the world is often the starting place for my work. From grief, I'm able to offer words and art of healing and hope. My husband, two sons and crazy yellow lab keep me grounded and help me to (rather messily) live life with grace, compassion and humor.
Accomplishments / CV
I serve as lay leader and (Inactive) elder at my local church. I have a BFA in Graphic Design from Alfred University (NY) and am currently enrolled in the Spiritual Formation program at Columbia Theological Seminary in Georgia.
