Art Interests
Mixed Media, Painting
Artist / Personal Statement
Many years ago the Lord used a painting to reveal Himself to me and show me who Jesus truly is. I came "under conviction" and turned my life over to Him. It was the culmination of a journey of seeking the Truth. With God's help I want to do for others what that painting did for me.
Then several years ago the Lord spoke very strongly through some passages in Exodus to say that, if my heart was in it, He wanted me to use the gift of art He had given me to help build His Temple today - His Kingdom here on earth in His people. My desire is to paint what He shows or tells me to paint. It is an act of worship. Serving Him in this way is my heart’s desire.
Accomplishments / CV
Although I have studied at a number of institutions and under a number of accomplished artists both in New England and AZ, I am largely self-taught. After being involved in art off and on throughout my life I am now engaged in it full time. I am represented by a number of galleries and online galleries; my work has been displayed in numerous shows and is owned by private collectors across the US and overseas.

At present, in addition to working in oils, I am experimenting with a variety of mixed media and layering techniques. My interests are far ranging and keep me on the move – experimenting and pushing the envelope of what is possible within my vision. I am committed to communicating about beauty and to be a bold witness about faith and relationship with a living God. My work would most often be described as representational, impressionistic, expressionistic. My prophetic or visionary work would most often be described as abstract expressionism. Within these styles three themes dominate her work: landscapes, animals, and prophetic work (spiritual or visionary); often these three are interwoven.

Diane this is in response to the 12 month contract question. The contract was developed to help insure that I would have able time to market artwork for each of our artists with Prophetics (We are legally an LLC). It was to also insure an artist doesn't use my site to sell the agreed images through their studio while I am marketing them.  I spent valuable time and money marketing each piece online. I do not inventory the originals therefore the 12 month contract between the artist and myself shows that we honor our business relationship and will move in this relationship with integrity. If for any reason there is a need to reduce the 12 month time period there is a 30 day notice built in to the contract for both parties should it be necessary.  I hope this is helpful and feel free to call or email me at the listed number or email in my previous comment below.

Hi Diane!

Our website officially launched in July this year. We have been marketing on various social networks as well as through Constant Contact. We have targeted various churches, organizations and businesses. I also plan to take several artists to the wholesale markets next year where there are over 45,000 buyers in the international home furnishings marketplace. The first show will be High Point , NC and plan to go to others in Atlanta, NYC and Las Vegas. I have over 35 years extensive experience in retail and wholesale marketing, corporate business, sales, and interior design. I share all of this information and more on my website at propheticsgallery.com. Please feel free to contact me via email at propheticsgallery@gmail.com or phone at 336-253-9500 or tollfree 1-844-559-9500. I look forward to hearing from you and answering any further questions you may have about me or our gallery. Blessings, Debbie
