My mixed media constructions quietly protest a world that is so fast-paced and confrontational, the enchantment of everyday life is often missed. I work with the articulate and economical imagery of cultural detritus to create art that references gratitude and introspection. I am interested in the objects and artifacts that people keep and value as they move through life, and their descendants discard because they consider them worthless.
